WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Jacksonville Deerwood Pk

The property appeared to be clean and well kept.

The kitchen supplies needed to be refreshed. For example, the non stick frying pan was completely scratch up and not safe to use (PFAS). When I asked the manager for another pan, I was told that all pan on the property looked the same. I ended up going to the store and buying my own pan to use. Also, my room had roaches and I had to be moved to another room which did not have roaches.

Everything. Clean and peaceful

Nothing compliants

Everything .. I always have a good stay here

I loved everything

Location is perfect, as it is close to our office location and convenient short distance to Mayo clinic (main purpose of this trip). The room had a full kitchen, but no coffee machine. This time we booked the separate bedroom, to have more space.

Room had no coffee machine, only 2 towels for 2 night stay - maid forgot to fill the shower gel, the bath rug and wash cloths, so we needed to go downstairs to get that. Nobody answered when calling to front desk about that. This room was noisy... heard several rooms around us, as if they were inside our room. (didn't experience that with previous stay, maybe less noisy neighbors) Overall - this room made us rethink to come back here. it was annoying that bedside lamps were unplugged. I missed a desk. needed to work at kitchen island sitting on uncomfortable barstools. In the shower, the bottles were placed on a slanted glass shelf, and all fell to floor while showering in the smaller enclosure. these bottles are made to be hung on wall. With no coffee machine in room, also the complimentary Coffee machine in Lobby didn't work. I need my coffee.
