Staff was very welcoming and helpful ! Hotel was clean and everything worked ! Kids were impressed with the spacious suite and the cleanliness of it ! They also loved the pool area , the glass elevators , and the breakfast options ! Beds were very comfortable ! Will definitely be booking here again in the future !
The only negative feedback I have is the cleanliness of the indoor pool area although some of it couldn't be helped due to some rowdy hotel guests , they did run out of pool towels the second evening luckily we brought our own down with us . Handcarts were also not available to use at checkout but this was likely due to the amount of guests leaving that morning.

The location was great and the food services were great.
When we arrived to the room, the toilet had urine all over it and the bed sheets were stained with what appeared to be urine and black makeup.
