The welcome was fantastic, overall very good customer service and quick to respond to any email queries. Location was great, very lively spot and lots happening. Apartment clean and had everything that we needed. I would stay there again.
The noise coming from outside on the first a little noisy but otherwise fantastic.

Very nice facilities, super nice people and so so many nice touches to make you feel special & valued.
The neighborhood was noisy and more of a party scene than we realized when we booked.

The apartment was clean and well equipped . Joana was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed even booking an evening meal for us . The location was central but the noise on pink street was relentless on a night . Music and crowd noise only stopped at 6.30am one night and 5am the next . Even with the earplugs that were provided, they didn’t help !
