VERY close to the Torre di Pisa (we could see it from the window), very good breakfast, extremely friendly owner.
Everything was perfect. If I really have to fond something bad, I would say the close by road was noisy, especially if you want to have breakfast in the garden. But it was not a problem in the night because the window are very well soundproof.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and has been recently renovated. We were happy to have many bottles of water in the fridge. The AC was very comfortable.
The view from the room was amazing… you can see the tower and the duomo from our window.
The breakfast was delicious, including homemade goodies.
Salvatore is an amazing host and was very helpful with information, recommendations, and arranging a taxi for us

The property was perfectly located to get into the heart of Pisa, with stunning views from the bedroom. Salvatore was the perfect host! The room was clean and the breakfast was the best of our holiday.

We stayed for one night, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Salvatore, the host was so friendly and made our stay more than comfortable. The breakfast spread was a highlight. The room was perfect, with all amenities we needed included.
