Just 8 minutes walk to the port to catch the pirate ship or the buses to Mishima or Hakone Yumoto train stations. Great lakeside view. Nice and clean facilities.
Nothing really but be aware there is no lift to the second floor.

The area is beautiful. It is located in front of lake Ashi and a few minutes walk to the Peace Gate.
There is a konbini nearby, a few shops and local restaurants too.
It is an hour from the train station but the bus stop is nearby (we came from Odawara station).
It is a bit expensive considering that there are no staff available.
During our stay there was a level 3 landslide warning due to the heavy rain. I feel the owner could have informed us about this, or at least sent us a message to let us know.

Location on the lake was a highlight. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Not too far to walk to the pirate ship. Check in was simple. Staff communication was good.
Twin mattresses were on a platform which meant if you had mobility issues it could be diffcult to get off the bed. But they were comfortable.

Emplacement sympa pratique pour Motohakone et appartement propre.
Appartement mal agencé. Un évier qui fait office de lavabo, mal isolé de l air et de la lumière.
