The property is located in brand new , secured complex. Very clean apartment ( such high level of hygiene not easy to find in Bucharest) , good value for money. Host responded promptly my questions.
Apartment does not offer a parking place, be aware if you come with a car. Some pictures of the property show an entrance in underground parking , there are also a comment published from one guest who mentioned they had a parking place. Do not be confused, it is mentioned by host - no parking available !

Proprietatea se află într-un ansamblu rezidențial, monitorizat, în apropierea Parcului Herăstrău. Apartament spațios, mobilat modern, utilat, parcare privata.
