Friendly owner and good communication, the place is clean and well maintained. Instructions were clear, easy to get in and out, easy to get to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets etc. Parking is a nice feature as well.
The noise from the trains at night. It is really bad, we couldn't sleep properly because the trains keep beeping the horn continuously and the outer windows/doors are very bad at isolating sounds. Not something the owner can control unfortunately, but takes the comfort down a lot.

Clean, comfortable, excellent amenities, good location, lots of space.
Would have preferred a firmer mattress, but it's more of a personal preference, not a complaint
