Hotel Goldener Stern - Self check-in

Very clean with all you need

Location and cleanliness

Self check in.

Property was well located

The carpet was badly stained and dirty, the shower needed repairs and the pillows need replacing

Good location. Short distance to main train station and other sites. Clean laundromat across the street. In room coffee machine and pods provided.

The bathroom needs a thorough deep cleaning. There is black mold all over the lower half of the shower tile grout, the shower door tracks, etc. It was difficult to shower in these conditions. There’s also mold in the sink overflow, which faces you when you use it. The toilet brush that’s kept exposed in a receptacle by the toilet was worn out, brownish-black and grossly filthy. It’s hard not to notice in the small bathroom. The bed is hard, the pillows were just flat, and the carpet was stained in many areas.
