Great apartment, as described. Very clean and smelt great !
Nothing not to like. Would be good if there were more cafes with breaky options nearby. There are some, but small (basic). Handy having Woolies right there.

Great location, friendly hosts. easy to walk to train station and lots of restaurants close by.
MCG and John Cain Arena a short walk which was handy.
Bonus was the free transport from the airport to the hotel.
Although we had free transportation from the airport to the hotel which I had booked for 6 people but on the day was advised that they weren't able to fit us all in including our luggage was a bit disappointing, we had to arrange transport for 2 of our group separately.
