The property had a great location. Easy to access shopping & public transport. There was plenty if room for oir family of 5. There was good amenities available - washer/dryer, microwave, power boards ect.
The bathroom didn’t have great functionality. There was no drain near the shower so 70% of the floor was wet and the water flowed right near the toilet & basin.
We also got s strong smell through the place. I assume it came through the pipes.

The place is nice and clean. Overall, the staff working there made sure everything is clean. Always new towels and laundry readily available. I highly recommend this place. Location is beyond excellent as well!
The walls can be thin, you can hear other people talking. Make sure you have earplugs on just in case when sleeping. Nothing overly distracting but worth mentioning to those who are sensitive to noise. :)

The property was very well located in the bustling district of Hongdae; surrounded by food, nightlife, and public transportation. There were grocery/ convenience stores and cafes immediately next to the property. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great.
Due to other guests in the complex, the laundromat started to smell bad at some point. However, that is not the fault of the property. It was simply a brief and minor inconvenience.

The location is amazing and the hosts are very responsive, friendly, and provide outstanding service. The room and bathroom was spacious, clean, and had everything you could need as a visitor.
My only feedback is that the exit sign gets pretty bright at night and can make it hard to fall asleep.
