The property was just like the photos and the location was ideal for the city centre. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. On site free parking was just what we needed.

Bed was comfy.
Things we raised were dealt with.
Grotty lift, which didn't feel very safe.
We had to raise cleaning issues with owner.
Need to ensure facilities really are as described.
Horrendous rubbish collection problem on site. Clearly not collected for weeks and weeks and it has been gone through and was strewn everywhere by animals.
