We were really happy with the location - central yet in a quiet building away from the road. The flat is very spacious and clean. Great to have the parking space. Shower is decent. Bed was extremely comfortable. And so happy that there was a blackout blind!
The only couple of things to say were that there are no cloths or spray to clean kitchen work surfaces. Also, maybe an ice cube tray would be handy?

Clean, nice space with a lovely bath and working tvs in both the lounge and bedroom. Nice bed and very comfortable overall.
Was slightly hard to find the car park but we figured it out quickly

This is a modern, clean apartment with a view of the Castle and a very useful clock tower for when you need the time. Bed was comfortable with lots of extra bedding available. Shops and historical sights near by. Good parking.
The bath/ shower need grab rails . And more bath towels, please.

Clean and comfortable, and in an excellent location. Very close to the city centre, but quiet. The free parking was great, as parking in Norwich is very expensive.
Nothing, but maybe it would be useful to have an information pack about the apartment/facilities nearby etc?
