Host was very responsive and helped us with all our questions. Apartment is located in a very central location, near the Green Park Tube Station and within walking distance of a lot of London sights. Modern new kitchen with everything you need to self-cater. Comfortable king size bed in the primary bedroom. There were only 2 of us so we didn't need it but be aware the second bedroom is a partitioned bed in the living space.
The key lockbox was labeled "Flat 2" not "2" so there was a bit of confusion finding the right box. We had difficulty figuring out how to heat the flat since there are 3-4 control boxes plus a remote for separate heaters (we recommended to the host to have instructions available to avoid confusion). The in room safe needs to be secured and the shower in the en-suite bathroom is only a bit larger than a London phone booth.

Fabulous location, quiet side street but easy to get to the tube and lots of restaurants less than 5 minutes by foot away. Spacious, very clean and lots of amenities.
