Excellent location and spectacular communication. Great value for the money!

Apartment was in a central location, with good access to shops transport city etc
Entrance into apartment was accessed up an external staircase. On arrival two homeless people using drugs were under the staircase, gate at entrance off its hinges. Top of staircase unsafe for children as it had open access onto a flat roof. External door to hallway to apartment unsecured and hallway dirty. Inside apartment door could be unlocked easily by young children.
Bedroom floors not cleaned very well
