The stay was comfortable, and all were good.
The entrance area (approaching the front door) was a little dark; and the nearest bus stop and the Southampton Central Station are not that near to walk.

Great location, clean and comfy.
Shower wasn’t the best, warm but not powerful.

Plenty of room we stayed here the night before our cruise
Nothing to complain about. One suggestion would be long life milk sachets to make a cuppa on arrival the shop which is 50 metres away was shut

To be fair the property was large but the cleaned was not good
It was run down and was quite away from city centre
