Our stay was good for the one night.
I found it a bit of an inconvenience having the toilet in a separate room from the sink

For US travelers, it would have been nice to know that there are no USB ports in the rooms, NO air conditioning and should buy a portable plug converter before coming.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff were extremely helpful, and courteous. I would like to mention Catherine from the reception for her help explaining how to take the train from Southampton to London.
