Friendliness of the owner, good information about the area, generous supplies of coffee, dishwasher tablets, etc.
A little noisy sometimes at night, but shutting the windows dealt with that

Outstanding. The location simply cannot be beaten with the ferry stop just across the square. Everything you need is provided in the spacious apartment. The A/C is first class, the accommodation is excellent, clean and modern but within an historic building. I really cannot fault it. Great communication leading up to our holiday and Michele was there to meet us when we arrived to provide a really good description of Sirmione with advice, recommendations and answer any questions. First class all-round.

Perfect location with easy access to the ferry, making it an ideal base for exploring the different areas around Lake Garda.
The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, sightseeing and places to visit throughout our stay. Everything was made easy, and the local knowledge was a real bonus.
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to explore Lake Garda.
