Very nice and staff were fantastic.
Price was a bit high but overall worth it.

My kids enjoyed the slides and pools, they were very clean. Towels were always available.
Beds were very comfortable and room was clean.
Our balcony was huge but not all were like that.
HOUSE KEEPING!! This was huge relief, having someone sweep up the sand daily. It would be nice if I broom was available in the room though.
I love the location, it’s not over packed.

Double tree had a roach floating in the pool & one on the concrete. Gate to pool didn’t work.
For the Ellie the splash pad didn’t work for 5 days we were there and that’s one of the reasons we booked since we have a 3 year old. Would be nice to have a door dash area because the delivery drivers had a hard time finding the Ellie.
We got the breakfast included and didn’t realize that the buffet was the same foods EVERY DAY. I didn’t like the menu options.
Bathroom doors need a lock. My kids kept making their way in while I was inside.
The put put golf needs some major upgrades.

The location was ok, more for families with kids. Over all ok but extremely pricey for what's actually available.
On Booking.com states that all fees and taxes were included. They put a 450.00 hold on my checking account that fell off at checkout. Then the fees were added $ 114.00 for parking and to date still have a $107.08 in fees that are not on my receipt.
I was led to believe that everything listed on Booking.com was the total price for a stay. Too Pricey and with the unexpected $450.. hold was never listed. Pay for parking?!? Breakfast was listed on Booking.com as included. I asked the hostess and was told, water, tea or juice was complimentary. Breakfast came after you paid for it.
Booking.com might want to update the Ellie Tapestry fees, amenities and account holds places at check in. We were given a bracelet to wear so we didn't have to pay to walk out on the pier........
