My first stay at a traditional ryokan and it was an incredible experience. The staff was very friendly and we communicated easily with Google Translate. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The onsen was devine. I cannot wait to return and highly recommend this ryokan!
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Great hot springs variety. Great service, lots of extra services for free. Full of history, yet super reasonable price.
wish the bathroom in the room was bigger.
