Nest Hotel Tokyo Yaesu

Location was excellent, close to many metro stations. It is very clean and the staff is welcoming and kind.

The rooms are a bit to small.

Location, comfy bed,

Airco was facing your face

La proximité, la facilité, la propreté et une erreur de ma part pour la durée de la réservation à été réglée rapidement par le membre du personnel responsable , Izumi.

Je ne trouve rien à reprocher.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms and common areas were well maintained. Check-in was straightforward, and the hotel felt safe

The rooms are extremely small. Two people with even one large suitcase barely fit, and we had to pack our luggage in the hallway because there simply wasn’t enough space inside the room. The windows face a busy highway, and while they block most of the noise when closed, you cannot open them because the traffic noise is very loud. The staff were polite but communication was sometimes difficult as English was quite limited. The location was also less convenient than expected, with better options available closer to the main attractions. The included “breakfast” is just packaged croissants, so you’re better off walking a few minutes to the nearby 7-Eleven.
