Very convenient, super friendly staff, very easy to interact in English for non-Japanese guests.

Very convenient hotel, next to a metro station in the heart of Tokyo. Everything is provided. Very nice traditional breakfast available. Would highly recommend

The heating was on and the mattress was comfy.
It is a good 30 minutes walk from the begginning of the center of Ginza. Nothing interesting close by, just office buildings.
They left a bag at my door with fresh towels and linen... for me to make my bed and change the towels. Since when do people go to jotels to do the house chores??
