Location and views onto the river. Variety of rooms and size of living room and top bedroom. Lots of lovely art work on the walls and a full bookcase of interesting books. Beautiful and unusual furniture. Great that there were 3 double beds in the rooms rather than one room being a children’s bedroom with single beds- ideal for an all adult group.

Mattress in second bedroom was very hard for us. No dish washer - kitchen sink was small and hard to wash up pots and pans without causing water to go everywhere. Needed more kitchen towels and mat on kitchen floor near sink!

It was clean, spacious, has all the facilities and was in a fantastic location.

Nothing

The location was exceptional. We were on the quayside with views of the water and a short walk to lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious for the three of us. It was also really great to have a private parking space and to be able to get in early as the house was ready.

We felt the property was tired and in need of a refurbishment so did not meet the description of a beautiful property, but definitely the potential to be beautiful again. Despite being a three bedroomed property, you would struggle to accommodate six people as not enough facilities for six.

Location and parking

We would not have gone to your property if we had known there were only 2 bathrooms. It clearly stated 5 on advert. We chose your place over others as we wanted a bathroom for each bedroom. The advert said 5 bathrooms. It also says 2 ensuites. In fact there were 2 bathrooms and one toilet. One exclusive ensuite and one shared - that was not clear. We felt lied too. I informed host but they didn't get back to me. Other issues we had were:- Very wobbly table and only 4 chairs (we booked for 5!) Generally little grubby - carpets dirty, broken tiles, water marks on ceiling etc.. Not enough glasses & poor quality equipment. No effort with recycling.
