Very nice town house in a good location close to the quay/waterfront. Nicely decorated. Good kitchen equipment and well set up for a longer stay. Very clean and neat. Easy access to cafes restaurants and bars. Sensible little touches like spare keys so a set can be kept in the lockbox to prevent accidental lock out.
Many instructions about cleaning tasks, and a request to complete a list of tasks before checking out at 10am. With a cleaner arriving at 10am and check-in at 4pm it is unclear why guests are asked to strip beds and empty bins.

Location was good quite aria , very clean and tidy lots of room with toilet shower was bit small however manageable ,

Brilliant location for everything Exeter has to offer. Well equipped for our family members to share accommodation together. Great to have parking in such a central location.
Unfortunately the cutlery drawer collapsed but otherwise it was perfect!
