8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Great spot with great staff! Came into town for a baseball game and loved the location of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had a good view of the city. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Dakoda was amazing and not only checked us in a little early but enthusiastically told me about the neighborhood and gave recommendations on sightseeing. She also knew a lot about the history of the hotel, it’s a former YMCA. Everyone there gave stellar customer service from the bartender to the valet staff. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed stay at hotel Indigo Baltimore. Staff was accommodating and restaurant on premises was a plus. Carpets however in hallway should be replaced and onsite pool would have been great.
