From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. The hotel itself was spotless—my room and all the common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained.
The location was another huge plus. It’s conveniently close to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot, with restaurants, shops, public transportation, and major attractions all within easy reach.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding service and an excellent location.

The gym needs to be upgraded. The TV needs to be updated. Should have a smart TV. The pillows are so flat, would like to have fuller or fluffy pillows.

The location was the best aspect of the property. Only 5 minute walk to the Duomo. Our room was a little noisy due to trams that passed by. Breakfast was good and front desk staff was very helpful!!
