Property is an average, nothing extraordinary, shower was not working properly, they came an fixed but it should it be done before we arrive.
We should expect to have a room ready in every way before we arrived, I don't see any discounts from any hotel when thinks don't work, it only take a moment to check the room to make sure everything is working.

Great location.. friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities.. walkable to many restaurants, shopping, cafe and tourist attractions..easy location to get to the airport…I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Milan 💯

This hotel was located in excellent area of Milan, centrally located to everything. There really was no stuff when we got there after every evening, but it doesn’t mean that they’re not there during the day. We were out most of the day. The hotel is very clean and very safe. In my opinion. It has several protections and not anyone can just come into the hotel. I would stay there again. If I was in Milan very quiet at night to sleep. It was excellent. That’s were comfortable as well and it had a good AC which was a plus.
