The room was spacious for the 3 of us, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily. The hotel is location was very convenient easy walk to stations and the busy Kabuchicko area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Tokyo.

We loved this hotel! Perfect for our stay in Tokyo Shinjuku area. The hotel is large yet was clean and rooms were a good size. Myself and my 2 college sons and we had our own bed. Property is updated and modern. We loved the top floor lounge where we had panoramic look out views and free coffee and seating. Absolutely beautiful and gorgeous amenities. The shuttle to Disneyland was very helpful too. Walkable to trains and shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Great area too.

Hotel is near shopping center and eateries, cafes. Guest relations were always helpful. Airport shuttle was easy to book however there is a 1400 yen per adult. They also provided free shuttle to Disneyland which is a major service. Overall , this hotel provides plenty of services and beautiful inside /outside. Totally recommend
