Everything about my stay was amazing!
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Front desk staff were amazing.
Parking was complicated and confusing.
Housekeeping did not get to the room until late evening, so it was not ideal and room never was cleaned.

Nice hotel/ enjoyed my stay - here’s how it could have been better:
- the comforter in my room was HORRIBLE- to the point of embarrassing- def needs to be replaced- down or filler is clumped and choppy
- Venetian restaurant was closed on a Saturday- crazy!
- bar staff (other than on young lady whose name I didn’t get) was slow and way less than enthusiastic and efficient than I would expect in anything other than a dive bar.

Beautiful hotel. The marble lobby is a masterpiece. The bar in the lobby area is a fun place to people watch; allot going on. There’s great food and service at the Venetian Restaurant.
