8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
This hotel is very well located. It is at the center of Augsburg.
The rooms are nice but quite small for a 5 star hotel but very nice and clean. Confortable beds.
The staff at the reception are very nice and willing to help. The concierge not so much. I needed information and advice and she was not responsive. A 5 star hotel needs to have someone better involved in helping the guests.

What a cute hotel! Each room that we saw was different and unique. Parking was easy and breakfast was delicious. There is no air conditioning (however, most hotels from what we understand do not have air conditioning in this town) but they did have fans and windows that opened. (We were there in a heat wave).
The people that ran the hotel were delightful and very helpful!

It was absolutely clean.
There are plenty of foods at the breakfast restaurant.
I was very happy that I stayed at the same hotel where Mazart family also stayed.
