Our stay at the W Hotel Bogotá was excellent. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Special thanks to the concierge team, bar tenders, and drivers for their professionalism. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. Overall, a great experience, I would happily stay again.
