I really appreciated the front desk team greeting guests so warmly upon arrival. The room climate control was also excellent and made for a very comfortable stay.

From the time we arrived early and they had a room ready and available, to the time we checked out and had our scheduled taxi waiting for us, the service was excellent. Their buffet breakfast was something of a 5 star hotel. The room was unique with a hand painted mural, ir was clean, modern and comfortable. It is walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Madrid in the future.
