There is a lot of staff so that means the staff to guest ratio is really good, the staff is always friendly happy and upbeat, the location is pretty convenient, I like the beach and I like the amenities. This is the fourth Shangri-La property that I have stayed at and so far every single one has either met or exceeded my expectations. Good brand and I wish they had locations in the us

Top of the line everything. Suite was prefect. Could use an updating but the room and amenities were prefect for a resort style stay. Everything you need is at the resort.
