The hotel was well located, on the Clyde River and close to the city center. Dylan was extremely helpful and friendly behind the front desk. He helped solve a couple of issues doe to delayed luggage, and gave us some terrific dining recommendations. Very friendly and engaging.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel was quite comfortable and the breakfast was hearty. At the end of the hallway on each floor there are glass balconies where you have a 180 degree view of the River Clyde and the city. Wonderful place!!!

The staff are patient, helful and nfriendly, and I trust them. I have stayed in this hotel regularly over the last few years and have so far no reason to change my mind.
