OMO5 Tokyo Gotanda was an excellent place to stay during our trip to Japan. The hotel is modern, very clean, comfortable, with amazing views of Tokyo. The location is very convenient, with Gotanda Station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Lots of food and shops close by.
The staff were absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were well designed, and the entire hotel had a great atmosphere. After long days exploring Tokyo, it was always nice to come back and relax here. I would definitely stay at OMO5 Tokyo Gotanda again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

The place was vey beautiful, the staff were friendly. The laundry, gym and garden were a plus. Night views were breathtaking. Hotel room size was surprisingly very comfortable. Would not hesitate and would love to come and stay here again.

This hotel is incredible. They provide lots of thoughtful extras, like pyjamas; you can also rent gym shoes, and they put umbrellas out for rainy days. It's above a fabulous food court where you can get a huge meal for about £6. The staff are super-friendly and attentive, and lots of them speak great English. There's even a laundry facility for guests to use.

Great hotel. Rooms were awesome, we had one in 20th floor with a great view. 2 x beds and 2 x soft beds along window line. Perfect for our family of 4.
Staff were really nice. Hotel is very new and well equipped and maintained.
