We unfortunately found ourselves in Kerrville on the night of the 2026 flooding. We lost power several times and were without internet for the better part of the time. These were all out of control of the Hotel, but they made the best accommodations they could. Still had a hot breakfast.

This was the second time we stayed at the Hampton Hotel in Kerrville. We even got the same room. The housekeepers were great, making sure we had enough towels and supplies and answered our questions. I feel very comfortable staying here and looking forward to future visits.
