Perfect location in the flower district. Super nice staff, held our luggage upon arrival/departure as we did things during the day. Very pleasant room.

Overall a great place to stay. We had one issue where the AC went out and asked the front desk early in the morning to send an engineer, and had to ask again at 10PM but it was ultimately resolved. Otherwise 5/5 stars.

I hate to write this review because this is my favorite place to stay. (so don't take my room!) Perfectly located between 6 and 7th avenue, near MSG, near the subways, my favorite restaurants, Little Korea, Herald Square and walkable to the High Line!
Love that it's in the middle of the Flower District too. Low key, clean and my home away from home.
