Perfect stay! Pre-arrival
communication was prompt. They arranged for our airport transfer after our 20 hour trip, it was seamless. The suite was spacious for our family of 5. Location is ideal for shopping, food and activities. You barely have to step outside in the hot and/or rainy weather as the property is within the Glorietta malls, that also connects to Greenbelt mall. In-room washer & dryer was great. At the beginning of our vacation we stayed at Ascott Makati for a few days then after island hopping for a few days we checked in at Ascott BGC (also a stellar property). The two Ascotts coordinated transferring all the luggage that we did not need for our island trips, from Makati to Ascott BGC for storage until we returned. This was very helpful. Ascott is truly a home away from home. A special thanks to their staff for being professional and courteous.

The location is spot on it’s right in the center of shopping . The cleaning needs improvement the kitchen counters were not wiped down and we had to ask to refill supplies instead of being replaced upon cleaning ie towels wash cloths tissues .
Ensuite bathroom needs to be refurbished:stains on floor and the shower door is hard to open and close.
Everyone was friendly (staff) and the AC worked great!
