Excellent choice. The property is beautiful and perfectly situated in the heart of Florence; walking distance to some of the main attractions and best restaurants. Would definitely start here again.

Very clean room and helpful housekeeping staff! Did not partake of breakfast but it looked well done. Did ask for Americano coffee from breakfast attendant because of a problem with the coffee maker in room and warmly agreed to help! The location was perfect with easy access to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Also easily accessible to other areas of the city.
Did wish for longer hours from the front desk and a little noisy.
