Great location. The staff that checked us in was amazing!!!! The next morning we needed front desk help and that person was rude and unsavory. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip and if everyone could operate like the guy that checked us in, it would be a solid go to in Tribeca/downtown.

Carlos from the front deal took great care of my partner and I. Went out of his way to help accommodate us when things weren’t going so well.
