A gem of a hotel. Staff are an absolute credit, especially the concierge team. Everyday we’d ask them for ideas, guidance and every time they were so helpful and knowledgeable.
The room, compact which is all you need on a city break but there was everything you needed and more! I love that there were plenty of sockets and usb charging places and all
In the logical places.
Would highly recommend and would book again if we were to return to NYC!
