Great location super close to everything, we walked everywhere from the hotel and we caught a train to Ravenna from there and it was about a 10 min walk. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room actually bigger than the pictures seemed. Just perfect for three girls on a short trip before a cruise. Also, we caught the Alilaguna from the airport and it was like a 5 min walk from the stop.

Clean and well located. Room a little small but functional with safe and mini fridge. Bring your own electrical adapters. Great service and support to store luggage in the mean uou loom around

Room was conveniently located on an island. Within walking distance of the train station so we didn’t have to take a boat to get there.
Plenty of shops and restaurants in the walking area. Is not staffed with a receptionist in person that’s all done by messaging. You get a code to come into the main building and then you get a code for each individual room. The shower had good water pressure!
There is a housekeeper that comes each day and she’s very friendly!

Great charming place!!
The only suggestion I have is they need to change the window curtains, they were to transparent.
