This hotel and associated apartments (we stayed in one of the apartments) was the perfect location for exploring Bologna. The staff were very helpful. The rooftop bar was beautiful. We had friends who stayed in the actual hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning at the hotel. The rest of our group of friends stayed in the apartments and enjoyed walking to the Conads (chain grocer in Italy), which was steps away, for breakfast. I would most definitely stay at the Hotel Metropolitan when visiting Bologna!

Excellent hotel, very clean, rooftop bar gr8, breakfast excellent and very friendly staff. We unexpectantly needed to change our travel plans and Anita & Sarah at reception were gr8 and helped us make the change. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing 2 night stay.
