I had no great expectations from this hotel based on the price and being so close to Paddington Station in London.
It turned out to be an excellent choice and I would stay there again. I worried what the area would be like but actually it was fine. I walked from the station at midnight and did not feel anxious.
Really good choice if you need to stay close to Paddington because you are leaving early or arriving late.

Very convenient hotel near Paddington station and Hyde Park. I found the room lovely, clean and comfy. There was quiet a lot of noise carried in to the room which was a shame

The room had not been vacuumed and there was a stain on the wall. Bathroom was very small and wasted a lot of water getting the shower to a usable temperature. Breakfast would have benefitted from some eggs and hot toast. It was ok for one night but wouldn't want to stay any longer. The addition of a fan was welcome as we stayed in a heatwave. Staff should also be trained in fire safety as we observed a fire door that had been wedged open with a fire extinguisher. The breakfast was lacking imagination but the coffee was nice. The breakfast cereal dispensers were incorrectly labelled, this could have caused an adverse reaction for people with allergies.
