Budget hotel exceeded expectations. We actually stayed in the Seymour Hotel which was just around the corner and I imagine is identical. The hotel seemed safe and the area was nice and very close to Paddington station. Check in was very straight forward. The room was clean and had a reasonable bathroom, coffee/tv making facilities and a modern TV and wall fan kept the room cool. Breakfast was basic but at the price was nice to be included. Very minor issues, no bathmat provided and the bathroom floor did not have a drain so got wet and slippy. There is no lift so steep stairs might be an issue for less able bodied people. Luggage can be stored in reception but it not really secure or even ticketed so it really is left at your own risk.
