Staff very helpful. Tub was not useful since hand held shower was too short

Very clean if basic. Handy for the city centre and all its attractions.
Hit and miss whether or not you get a room facing the street or not.
I went with my mother and got separate rooms and she got a room facing out the back that was a glorified broom cupboard and the window faced out onto the air conditioning units.
She complained and got a better room.
Decline Room 15 if offered but other than that, great overall hotel and beautiful breakfast.

A good central location, 1/2 block from the Duomo and all transit. An easy 10 minute subway to Milano Centrale station. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked great and for the busy location it was very quiet. Breakfast was decent.
