Moorhill House Hotel

It’s a steal location for nature lovers, tree huggers and general lovers of good service. The rooms are excellently laid out and have a super selection of drinks, hot chocolate, tea, coffees. The Bathrooms look and feel modern and have a high standard of fixtures and fittings. Very hard to find fault with this venue as Lucy and all the staff without exception go out of their way to please and accommodate your stay without being intrusive or overbearing. The drive from the main road is very private and in the thick of the New Forest, surrounded by very mature Oaks. The wildlife is all around, Wild ponies, Donkeys, Deer are abundant.

From the moment you walk into reception you are met by friendly, helpful and professional staff. Hotel and rooms furnished to a very high standard. Food superb and reasonably priced. Hotel set in beautiful surroundings.

Great little find for myself and husband for his birthday. Really friendly staff, lovely clean room and good food and drink options. Leads directly into the forest which was lovely, a five min walk down to the village for a pint and a wonder round! Definitely will stay again

The Moorhill is an excellent hotel in the New Forest. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a great size with a lovely view of the garden. The toiletries were local and of a high quality. We had dinner in the hotel and th we food and service were excellent. The whole stay was perfect. Next time I will bring my dog as it was very dog-friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.
