Beautiful rooms and the owners and their staff were all lovely. Perfect location, 5 minute slow stroll to the village.

The location was very good just a short walk into Burley village. A lovely peaceful location
The room can be a bit chilly in the evening but there is a heater and heated towel rail in the room and bathroom and it soon warms up , takes the chill off .

Lovely stay in the heart of the New Forest. Nice room with quality furnishings and easy access from main entrance. All the amenities you would expect and a genial host who was both friendly and helpful. We arrived in the middle of Pannage season (look it up) and had a fantastic view of the forest wildlife. Definitely worth another visit. Breakfast was not included but available from the adjoining cafe - and it was excellent.
Nothing worth commenting on.

Everything was perfect - basic but super clean and comfortable, and the fridge in the room was really useful. Nice big fluffy towels and shampoo, provided all provided. We had a wedding in the village and the location was perfect we could walk everywhere. The owners are really kind and helpful, and even very kindly got up at midnight to let me in when I couldn’t open the door.
