Wonderful stay! Amazing interior design

The only issue was the air conditioning. Even after talking with staff they turned the air as low as it could be and it was still somewhat warm. Otherwise the experience was great.

Double aspect balcony gave you the feeling of being in the mountains.
Dave was almost our personal taxi driver with the amount of times we used the hotel/station shuttle bus!
Dinner menu was too rich for our tastes

Excellent stay in Grindelwald. The location is ideal for exploring the village and surrounding mountains, and my room had a fantastic balcony and view of the Eiger. The room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was very good, Wi-Fi was reliable enough for work and video calls, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated being able to combine a business trip with easy access to the Eiger Express, Männlichen and the local hiking areas. The hotel manages to feel upscale without losing the atmosphere of Grindelwald. I would definitely stay here again, particularly for a longer visit.
