We loved our stay and the staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and courteous. The Ness Suite was very nice.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The view from the room was a dream and out of this world, with the castle across the canal. The staff was very helpful and respectful as well.

The reason I gave this place a 5 star is because their staff was really amazing. I accidentally booked a week later than what I wanted and showed up to the hotel with no booking for that day. They got me to rebook and refunded me for the original booking even though they have a no refunds policy. Very kind of them to do that.
