Beach view was awesome. Great breakfast and perfect location for a wonderful vacation. Close transportation and shops and restaurants right there.

We stayed in a family room and it was spacious. The staff except the bartender at the rooftop bar was excellent. The bartender has a problem serving guests that are darker than him. He ignored my sister when she approached the bar to make an order. A white man came to the bar after my sister and he was served. Then a white woman came and she was served. My sister was being ignored. My sister came back to me told me what happened and then decided to ask to speak to a manager. She confronted the bartender with his rudeness and he apologized. Apology aside what he did was disrespectful and despicable. All guests should be treated with respect and dignity. Our money is worth just as much as other guests. We weren’t staying at the hotel for free.

The hotel was in the center of Cascais & on the beach. The rooms are clean and having an ocean view room with a balcony was the best. Definitely will stay here again.
